In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive online community for Spanish-speaking users by effectively moderating content and engaging with the audience across various social media platforms.

• Prepare insights and reports on user interactions and content performance to inform ongoing strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest social media practices and policies to ensure effective moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in social media management or content moderation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with users.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Analytical skills to prepare insights and reports.
• Knowledge of current trends in the Spanish-speaking community.
