In Short

• Engage daily with e-commerce entrepreneurs and accountants via email and Zoom.
• Understand customer needs through Demo Calls (2-4 daily).
• Present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions, specifically DATEV integration via online video appointments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously develop our offerings.

Requirements

• High self-motivation and results-oriented (SMART Goals).
• Proven experience in customer support, ideally in the software or e-commerce environment.
• Experience using DATEV.
• Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first approach.
• Fluent in German and English.
