The Remote Account Representative at PathologyWatch serves as the primary client-facing liaison, ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing support, and account growth within assigned regions while providing innovative solutions in digital dermatopathology.

In Short

  • Support onboarding for new accounts including digital platform setup.
  • Serve as the primary resource for client inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Digital Sales Consultants to maintain and grow accounts.
  • Monitor client engagement and proactively address gaps in adoption.
  • Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot.
  • Submit daily reports on activities and client feedback.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Preferred experience in medical sales or digital health solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and EMR workflows preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Experience in medical sales, pathology, or dermatology preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
