Research & Evaluation Internship - Remote

Overview

Passion for Life is seeking a Program Evaluator Intern to contribute methodology, evaluation plans, and data analysis skills to the development team. As a member of the research & evaluation team, you will be responsible for designing the measurement of the impact and behavioral changes in students that participate in Passion for Life, Inc.

In Short

• Assist in designing specific data collection instruments to evaluate program participants.
• Develop and review surveys, forms, and other data collection activities.
• Conduct evaluation activities developed by the operations team.
• Use quantitative and qualitative methods to develop and execute evaluation projects.
• Identify program needs based on data collected and analyzed.
• Document all changes in programs.
• Provide outcome reporting for proposal writing.
• Design research presentations and reports for key stakeholders.
• Conduct and analyze interviews with volunteer coaches and leadership.

Requirements

• Adequate experience using quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with using and translating data to communicate program successes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
