In Short

  • This is a Hybrid role working 2 days remote and 3 days onsite.
  • Conducts cold calls to qualify new accounts and reengage old accounts and leads.
  • Engages inbound accounts to qualify and convert to daily users via outbound phone calls.
  • Maintains active engagement with leads and existing repair shop users via phone calls, texts, and email.
  • Builds and maintains expert knowledge of the PartsTech system to conduct system demos.
  • Provides consistent follow-up with existing customers to regain interest.
  • Works on cold calling, clean speech, overturning objections, and customer qualification techniques.
  • Creates, builds and updates pipelines and activity reports in the CRM.
  • Enters, organizes and updates vital information on users in our phone system, CRM or other tools.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inside sales selling SaaS/IT/software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe them effectively.
  • Able to effectively employ structured selling methods.
  • General knowledge of the auto repair business.
  • Able to communicate in a respectful and positive manner.
  • Can work independently and in a self-motivated manner.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
