Customer Success Manager - Manufacturing - Remote

Overview

Cincom (USA) Ltd is looking for someone with experience in manufacturing or services industries to work with customers to successfully implement Cincom’s CPQ solution. This person will play a leading role in an implementation looking at business process mapping and best use of Cincom’s solution.

In Short

• Providing Business Consulting to enable and advise customers on using Cincom's product.
• Presenting Cincom's standard Product Education to a high standard.
• Using Business Process Mapping techniques to guide customers.
• Leading sessions on narrative flow to produce a storyboard.
• Defining and specifying a manageable scope of work.
• Gathering, reviewing, and documenting requirements for product enhancements.
• Consulting on the design of application integration.
• Building proposals and statements of work for Services Delivery opportunities.
• Keeping skills and knowledge current through self-education.
• Presenting recommended solutions both verbally and in written form.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or services industries.
• Strong consulting skills.
• Ability to present educational material effectively.
• Expertise in Business Process Mapping techniques.
