Overview

The Mid Level Field Support Engineer will provide technical support and system administration services for federal customers, working with a talented engineering team.

• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to application stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Prior experience supporting US federal customers.
• Understanding of Windows Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in server administration for Windows environments.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Technical support experience for peripheral devices.
• Excellent communication skills.
