Overview

We are looking for a Support Analyst who will have direct contact with an international client and will be involved in digital transformation, sharing and learning new technologies while contributing to CI&T and the community.

  • Investigation and analysis of logs.
  • Detailing and troubleshooting for complex technical solutions.
  • Flexibility to work in critical systems scenarios.
  • Ease of communication.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Desirable experience with control tools like Jira and ITSM.
  • Experience with cloud systems like AWS and Azure.
