Overview

As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on technical support and project-based services to our clients, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of managed IT environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of virtualization environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
  • Certifications in Cisco and Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
