Field Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Power Management Systems (PMS) Engineer to service, maintain, and troubleshoot power management systems across various field locations in the UK & Europe.

In Short

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on PMS including PLC, HMI, SCADA, PME, and networks.
• Diagnose and repair faults ensuring minimal downtime.
• Educate clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of PMS.
• Document all service activities and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Be available for emergency call-out cover.
• Travel extensively across the UK & Europe.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HNC/ONC in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in servicing PMS.
• Strong understanding of power management systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools for PLC, SCADA, PME, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to perform fieldwork.
