Title Examiner - Remote

Overview

The Title Examiner assists in efficiently processing Title Insurance transactions while ensuring accuracy and timely service to Parkway Title. This role is remote at our Maitland, FL/TX office, with potential to be hybrid after 90-day training period.

In Short

• Assist in the efficient processing of Title Insurance transactions.
• Review Certificate of Title searches; prepare Title Commitments.
• Calculate Title Insurance Premiums for policies.
• Ensure turnaround times are met by reporting and sending out title documents.
• Maintain high levels of Customer Service.
• Build positive relationships with the Closing Team and customers.
• Perform online title plant searches.
• Summarize research findings for the closing process.
• Examine and analyze mortgages, liens, and contracts.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
