In Short

• We’re looking for a Title Examiner to join our team.
• You will be responsible for examining a wide range of residential title orders.
• This role will prepare initial title commitment documentation based on procedural guidelines.
• Duties include examining the chain of title, identifying and resolving title issues.
• Temporary, full-time position expected to last 120 days and possibly convert to permanent status.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on title transactions.
• Knowledge of legal documents related to residential real estate closings.
• Experience with Qualia strongly preferred.
• Understanding of title vesting and experience with title reports.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Benefits

• Compensation: $36/hr.
