Service Center Assistant Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a competent, detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Center Assistant Specialist to join our growing team. In this position you will assist with day to day service operations, internal and external communications, arrange administrative procedures and help provide an efficient experience for clients and team members across many business areas.

• Help the service center with administrative and operational tasks and day-to-day activities
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with communication, scheduling, coordination and follow up tasks
• Maintain proper records, reports and documentation in internal systems

• Assign and escalate work and tasks when needed
• Provide onboarding, paperwork and process coordination assistance

Requirements

• High school graduation required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years experience in customer assistance, service operations, administrative support, coordination or similar professions preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment
• Open to learning new software platforms and internal systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and web-based applications
• Great problem solving and time management skills
• Customer and professional service attention
• Experience of handling remote teams/distributed work
