Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to document records electronically.
• Good problem-solving and listening skills.
• Experience in CRM and/or real estate is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
