Service Center Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Center Assistant to join our Contact Center team, responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls related to product recalls.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to product recalls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in a recall or quality assurance environment is desirable.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Must have a cell phone with cellular data for system authentication.
