Overview

The Global Trial Manager at Parexel is responsible for managing and executing clinical trials in compliance with regulations and within budget and timelines, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage clinical trials/studies in compliance with QMS and ICH GCP.
• Lead and coordinate the clinical trial team.
• Establish relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Manage operational complexity of studies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in clinical study audits and inspections.
• Work with CRO partners to ensure smooth trial execution.
• Flexibility on hours/days worked for a 0.8 FTE role.
• Support clinical studies across various therapeutic areas.
• Contribute to the development of therapies that benefit patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical development operations.
• Prior experience managing registration trials preferred.
• Essential experience managing CRO vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of clinical trial functions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in a dynamic organization.
