Director of Retail Operations - Remote

Overview

The Regional Director, Retail is a field leadership role responsible for retail operations profitability. This individual partners with senior leaders to implement initiatives, build & execute plans, create a best-in-class customer experience, and drive operational consistency across all locations that comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Builds high performing management teams within the region.
• Oversight of retail customer experience, employee experience, retail operations and community outreach.
• Leads team to meet or exceed all key metrics and goals, including revenue targets.
• Partners with corporate aligned disciplines to ensure business needs are met.
• Sets annual SMART goals in partnership with Market leaders.
• Provides guidance and direction to field leadership team.
• Delivers financial excellence by executing against annual financial plans.
• Ensures accountability of established operating procedures.
• Partners with compliance and operations to review regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with Human Resources to create an engaged workforce.

Requirements

• Age 21 or over.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Budget and P&L experienced.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, business acumen, leadership, and strategic capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Operates with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
