Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Retool, Metabase, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and globally distributed environment.
