Overview

We are looking for a strategic, business-minded Business Systems Manager to lead our business systems function within the Revenue Operations team, managing a Salesforce Systems Administrator and serving as a thought partner to leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or business systems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Ability to influence and prioritize based on business goals.
• Skilled at translating complex requirements into improvements.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
