Overview

The Senior Resource Manager for the JAPAC region holds a vital position, overseeing Technical Services Resource Management, Capacity Planning, and Vendor Management. This role involves managing current operations and driving the transformation of the RMO into a proactive, business-enabling function through process, data, and reporting improvements.

• Own the resourcing model aligned to pipeline and bookings.

Requirements

• Experience in PS Resource Management in a High Tech Software company.
• Strong understanding of resource management principles.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in resource management software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• RMCP Certification is a plus.
