Overview

We are seeking a Principal Technical Marketing Engineer in Device Security to play a pivotal role in delivering deep technical expertise and strategic insight to our partners, customers, and internal teams.

In Short

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop competitive positioning strategies.
• Lead on-site workshops and technical design sessions for enterprise customers.
• Proactively identify and resolve deployment challenges.
• Deliver high-touch post-sales engagement to drive product adoption.
• Expand and manage customer soak sites to validate product robustness.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert.
• Develop and deliver advanced technical training for Systems Engineers and Field Teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer during product testing and evaluation.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IoT, OT, IIoT, and network security.
• Understanding of passive IoT security solutions.
• Strong network architecture skills.
• Experience with network data collection solutions.
• Proficient in networking topologies and communication protocols.
• Hands-on expertise with Network Access Control and Next-Generation Firewall solutions.
