Overview

The Federal Deployment Manager is responsible for deploying Palo Alto Networks' Internet Landscape Intelligence capabilities into Public Sector customer environments, focusing on national security missions.

In Short

  • Work with Public Sector customers on cybersecurity missions.
  • Deploy ILI capabilities and support cyber operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical training and support to users.
  • Identify enhancements and troubleshoot issues with engineering teams.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure product adoption.
  • Participate in contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with various customer personas.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time as required.
  • Obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical client delivery and engagement.
  • Understanding of the cyber threat landscape.
  • High-level knowledge of computer networks and protocols.
  • Familiarity with federal organizations and their functions.
  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze challenges and optimize product use.
  • Demonstrated success in problem decomposition.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience in supporting cyber operations is a plus.
  • Local to the Washington DC area preferred.
