Engagement Manager - Federal - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Manager - Federal plays a crucial role in Nexthink’s services organization, acting as a key representative for our company in the U.S. Federal government sector. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Nexthink’s solutions and services in federal environments, addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by government clients.

In Short

• Own the entire services engagement lifecycle for federal clients.
• Lead the engagement implementation team.
• Produce and maintain all relevant project documentation.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on the impact of the solution.
• Identify further opportunities to provide incremental value.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Certified in the ITIL Methodology.
• Proven experience leading deployment of complex enterprise solutions.
• Ownership of services contracting process for federal clients.
• Relevant project management certifications.
• Minimum of six years of relevant project management work experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to guide and resolve escalated delivery issues.
• Strong understanding of the US Federal government structure.
• Must be able to pass security clearance if needed.
