Sr. Director, Data & Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Director, Data & Analytics will shape how Palmetto uses data and machine learning to make clean energy more affordable, accessible, and intelligent.

In Short

• Lead the company-wide analytics vision and roadmap to support business goals, product development, and customer experience.
• Oversee development of advanced dashboards and reports for ongoing analysis.
• Conceive of and lead ML / AI initiatives that drive customer value.
• Create and drive adoption of testing and learning frameworks across the organization.
• Ensure modern data architecture and infrastructure.
• Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, scientists, and engineers.
• Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across various departments.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data warehousing.
• Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL and visualization tools.
• Highly fluent in the emerging AI landscape and technologies.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Passionate about clean, renewable solar energy.
