In Short

  • Work directly with Andrew Geisse, VP of Revenue, a sales leader with deep experience scaling enterprise GTM orgs.
  • Help transform a massive industry and scale us toward a $10B+ business.
  • Build the Sales Engineering function from scratch; a founding role, huge ownership.
  • Own technical validation and custom demos for our AI platform.
  • Drive proofs of concept that showcase the integration of AI in logistics workflows.
  • Partner with Sales on technical validation throughout the deal cycle.
  • Communicate clearly across various audiences from operations leads to CTOs.
  • Map data flows across TMS, WMS, and CRM systems.
  • Build quick integrations and prototypes using low-code tools.
  • Feed insights back to Product to shape roadmap direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer role.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs and data schemas.
  • Experience with automation or AI-driven products.
  • Comfortable building quick prototypes with low-code tools.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
  • High curiosity and adaptability.
