Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Social Media Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the content strategy, production, and growth of YouTube channels or other platforms.

In Short

• Manage and oversee all aspects of content creation, publication, and optimization for all YouTube channels
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with each channel's brand identity and audience preferences
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy and maximize engagement
• Ensure consistent posting schedules and content quality across both channels
• Implement SEO best practices to improve discoverability and reach
• Create 5 short-form videos and produce 2 long-form videos per week
• Supervise and collaborate closely with video editors on all content projects
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and guidance to editors regarding content style, branding, and quality standards
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity
• Resolve any production challenges or conflicts that may arise
