Overview

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager and Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize the performance of our Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple marketplaces (US, Canada, UK, and DE).

In Short

  • Oversee and manage a-to-z Amazon vendor and seller accounts.
  • Monitor account health metrics and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage cases and troubleshoot account-related issues.
  • Create and optimise product listings on Amazon/Walmart.
  • Analyse sales data, traffic metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards.
  • Stay updated on Amazon's/Walmart's policies and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
  • Be a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.

Requirements

  • Experience in Amazon account management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
