Overview

As the Head of Data for a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand, you will lead the company’s data strategy and establish a unified performance framework across the organization.

In Short

  • Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework.
  • Establish a single source of truth across reporting systems.
  • Build predictive models for key business metrics.
  • Identify leading indicators of performance shifts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and metrics.
  • Experience with predictive modeling and data insights.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data architecture.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer products is a plus.
