Overview

We’re helping our client find a results-driven Head of E-Commerce to lead their online sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the e-commerce experience across multiple platforms, driving growth and conversion, and managing a diverse set of responsibilities from Shopify management to performance marketing and affiliate strategies.

In Short

  • Oversee Shopify backend for seamless UX and strong conversion rates.
  • Optimize website for SEO and CRO to improve organic reach.
  • Develop email marketing strategies to convert shoppers into subscribers.
  • Lead Meta ad strategy for profitable customer acquisition.
  • Launch and grow TikTok Shop as a revenue channel.
  • Manage Amazon listings for visibility and sales optimization.
  • Implement affiliate marketing programs to attract influencers.
  • Continuously analyze data to improve ROAS.
  • Coordinate with social media agencies for content delivery.
  • Manage promotional campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and performance marketing.
  • Experience with SEO and CRO strategies.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in managing Amazon sales and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
