The work will vary day to day, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing details, and supporting multiple areas of the business. This is a long-term, steady position with room to grow as the company grows.

In Short

• Research and secure housing options for blitz trips
• Book flights using cash and/or points
• Plan travel logistics and find cost-effective deals
• Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
• Perform weekly manual payroll reviews
• Assist with onboarding new sales reps
• Conduct research and report findings
• Communicate with partner companies
• Join Zoom calls and take detailed notes
• Participate in group chats for organized communication

Requirements
