We are currently seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a US-based company remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, ensuring that their operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In Short

• Manage inquiries via email and direct messaging using Manychat & Meta Business Suite.
• Maintain follow-up communication with sponsors and partners via email.
• Identify new contacts and pursue business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sponsors, event partners, podcast guests, and vendors.
• Organize lead information in spreadsheets.
• Oversee venue contractors and coordinate venue arrangements.
• Reach out to press contacts and manage follow-ups.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and vehicle rentals.
• Ensure weekly maintenance of online marketplaces and manage shared documents.
• Assist with podcast transcription and post-event follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Manychat, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and Dropbox.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
