Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist (Remote Flexible, Full Time - Weekends)

In Short

• Engage with and enroll individuals living with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder.
• Work primarily remote with occasional on-site visits.
• Meet key enrollment metrics to support the mission of improving community wellbeing.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a metric-driven environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms.
• Located in California with reliable transportation.
