Overview

PagerDuty is seeking a Staff Security Engineer 5 to join our diverse, customer-focused team! You will be responsible for securing applications in a cloud-native environment and improving our security processes.

In Short

• Lead, design, implement, and configure security controls for SaaS applications.
• Identify threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience securing infrastructure including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• 5+ years of cloud-native security experience.
• Experience with Linux, Python, YAML, JSON, Terraform.
• Knowledge of AWS security best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with application security and security testing.
• Familiarity with threat analysis and proactive security practices.
• Experience with containerized applications like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a continuous delivery environment.
