• Lead and implement comprehensive IAM strategy across cloud infrastructure
• Conduct architecture reviews and threat modeling sessions
• Design and implement modern service-to-service authentication patterns
• Develop and maintain a robust secrets management framework
• Drive adoption of principle of least privilege across all services
• Design and implement automated workflows for access reviews
• Monitor and maintain security tooling
• Develop automated vulnerability management workflows
• Mentor team members on security best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation for security issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack Security Engineer
• Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud security
• Strong expertise in identity providers like Okta
• Experience with security tools like Wiz, Snyk, and Splunk
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tools
• 4+ years of experience in programming languages like Python or Java
• Strong understanding of Threat Modeling principles
• Experience with Security Incident Response
• High appetite for challenging problems
