• Lead and implement comprehensive IAM strategy across cloud infrastructure
• Conduct architecture reviews and threat modeling sessions
• Design and implement modern service-to-service authentication patterns
• Develop and maintain a robust secrets management framework
• Drive adoption of principle of least privilege
• Design and implement automated workflows for access reviews
• Monitor and maintain security tooling
• Develop automated vulnerability management workflows
• Mentor and guide team members on security best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation for security issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack Security Engineer
• Deep expertise in AWS services
• Strong expertise in identity providers like Okta
• Understanding of zero trust principles
• Experience with multiple development teams
• Proficiency with security tools
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD
• 4+ years of experience in programming languages
• Strong understanding of Threat Modeling principles
• Experience with Security Incident Response
