In Short

• Lead and maintain the security and compliance posture of FedRAMP-authorized environments.
• Deep understanding of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 controls, and cloud security best practices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for FedRAMP compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to security requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and work with external stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of FedRAMP controls across the organization.
• Provide guidance for adjacent compliance frameworks.
• Develop and update FedRAMP documentation.
• Support assessments and coordinate evidence collection.
• Facilitate external audits for Authority to Operate (ATO).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security or compliance.
• 3+ years supporting FedRAMP compliance efforts.
• Strong understanding of FedRAMP requirements and security assessment processes.
• Experience with vulnerability management and risk assessments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience drafting and managing security documentation.
