In Short

• Lead initiatives to automate operational processes, focusing on scalability and security.
• Partner with IT and InfoSec leadership to design and implement integrations across systems.
• Champion compliance with industry best practices and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Support GRC initiatives and unlock efficiency improvements through automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on the Enterprise Technology roadmap.
• Contribute to the secure configuration and monitoring of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases.
• Mentor and support other engineers across InfoSec, IT, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in systems engineering, site reliability engineering, security engineering, or software development.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple business functions.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration and automation.
• Awareness of industry standards and experience implementing compliance controls.
• Strong cloud security expertise, especially with AWS infrastructure.
• Familiarity with modern device management and collaboration tools.
• Software engineering background with experience in scripting or programming.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about security, automation, and operational excellence.
