Overview

The IT Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for IT-related questions, handling issues via phone or email, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software.

In Short

• First point of contact for IT questions via phone or email
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Ensure the smooth operation of printers, laptops, networks, and cloud applications
• Analyze and resolve IT operational disruptions, both remotely and on-site
• Support the rollout of new hardware and software solutions
• Occasional support during on-call duties

Requirements

• Completed training in IT (e.g., IT specialist, platform developer) or comparable work experience
• Comfortable working in a Windows environment
• Experience in IT support and system/network administration
• Familiar with terms like network, VPN, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory
• Fluent in German (minimum C1), French knowledge is a plus
