Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in tech startups or crypto.
• Deep knowledge of Blockchain & Web3, especially Solana.
• Customer-oriented mindset with experience in product development.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative and influential in leading teams.
• Experience in B2B account management or marketing/sales.
• Strong track record in product management across various teams.
• Experience in risk management and scalable solutions.
• Fluent in English.
