Requirements

• Experience with mainframe job scheduling tools (CA-7, Control-M, AutoSys, TWS).
• Hands-on experience with JCL and IBM z/OS.
• Knowledge of mainframe utilities (IDCAMS, IEBGENER, SORT).
• Familiarity with RACF and file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Preferred: Experience with Rexx or scripting languages.
• Understanding of ITIL framework.
• Prior experience in a production support environment.
