Overview

As a Launch Specialist you will be the first to welcome a newly-signed partner to the Owner platform. Strong communication skills are a must to ensure alignment on expectations so that the restaurant has the highest quality mobile app launch, as soon as possible.

In Short

  • Welcome newly-signed partners to the Owner platform.
  • Ensure alignment on expectations for mobile app launch.
  • Balance a portfolio of partners in different onboarding stages.
  • Manage high volume of inbound/outbound communications.
  • Perfect time management and client-facing skills.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
  • Log all activity using Salesforce.
  • Measure success by collecting necessary assets and information.
  • Coordinate internally across multiple teams.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to the Restaurant Success Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-facing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in onboarding processes is a plus.
