Overview

The Senior Associate will be the driving force behind customer retention and growth, uncovering high-impact opportunities to help customers succeed and collaborating across the business to execute on them.

In Short

• Drive customer retention by identifying root causes of churn.
• Grow customer sales through feedback that shapes product roadmap.

• Own Customer Analytics, improving analytics and AI integration strategy.

• Regular exposure to senior and executive leadership.
• 4+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations.
• Excellent numerical skills, SQL/Python skills preferred.

• Excellent numerical skills, technical background preferred.
• Experience building dashboards, tools, and processes.
• Ability to dig into root causes of problems.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups.
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus.
