BI Manager - Remote

Overview

As a BI Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the services we provide and how this is represented in the data. You will work on global initiatives as well as country-specific topics, enabling you to present informative and accurate reporting and data analysis.

In Short

• Contribute and build complex suites of models as part of our enterprise data model in dbt.
• Lead and design analysis of complex challenges in our operational and patient care.
• Deliver various ad-hoc analytical reports or insights for executive to c-suite decision making.
• Lead transformation projects and OKRs to achieve step change improvements.
• Design and drive adoption of processes for standardisation, best practice and self-service practices.
• Help mentor others in the team in SQL, dbt and BI tool visualisation.
• Use machine learning Python libraries to enhance analyses.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Data Science and Engineering & Commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• A result-driven, pragmatic mindset.
• 1-2 years experience of managing direct reports.
• Fluent in using complex SQL.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Highly experienced in dbt.
• Able to create high quality dashboards for difficult problems.
• Fluency in English.
