In Short

• Own our email/chat automation solution end-to-end from a product perspective including strategy and roadmap.
• Maximize the coverage of types of interactions the solution can handle automatically while ensuring high accuracy and excellent user experience.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Work directly with our clients as well as with our partners.
• Collaborate with business unit teams to understand their operational needs and identify new product opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to impact product strategy and make data-driven decisions.
• Measure and report on the performance of products, and identify areas for improvement.
• Own backlog and its prioritization.
• Enable Sales on selling this solution, and guide them in terms of messaging, competitive features, limitations, etc.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in AI or travel technology.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with automation solutions is a plus.
