In Short

• Manage and coordinate delivery projects, from configuration to post-launch hypercare;
• Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Account Management;
• Support existing client expansions and smaller internal implementation efforts;
• Maintain project documentation — ensuring Jira boards, trackers, and notes are always up to date;
• Identify risks and escalate blockers early;
• Help ensure that every project delivers a great experience to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in project or implementation management;
• Travel tech or TMC background is a must;
• Comfortable working in a technical environment;
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Wrike;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Strong communicator — written and verbal;
• Proactive and resourceful;
• Fluent in English.
