• Own and build the Product Marketing function for Overjet’s Practice business.
• Create compelling positioning for Overjet’s products.
• Collaborate with product development to shape roadmaps and drive adoption.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Demand Generation for GTM support.
• Become an expert in Overjet’s ICP and key personas.
• Share success stories to elevate Overjet as a leader.
• Manage customer communications around product launches.
• Define the future company narrative as the category evolves.
• Identify new high-leverage activities for growth.
• Work with leadership to scale the product marketing team.

• Experience launching new products with clear goals.
• Reference list of sales leaders who can vouch for your impact.
• Experience managing and hiring product marketers.
