Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Service Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of various departmental services and operations. You will work closely with different teams to gather data, develop reports, and recommend improvements to enhance overall productivity and service quality.

In Short

  • Collect, compile, and analyze data related to departmental operations.
  • Create detailed reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing processes.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing projects.
  • Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with department managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and performance metrics.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new processes.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of service delivery processes is a plus.
