Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Manager to manage and streamline key operational processes. The ideal candidates will assist with application processing, resident account management, and integration tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Review, verify, and process applicant documents to ensure compliance with housing laws and property policies.
  • Manage lease agreements, prepare welcome letters, and coordinate onboarding for new residents.
  • Address applicant queries and provide clear guidance through the leasing process.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to resolve issues related to document verification.
  • Oversee lease renewals, file audits, and delinquency notices.
  • Process move-out statements and assist with final account reconciliations.
  • Communicate with residents to address account-related concerns, providing personalized support.
  • Maintain accurate records in property management systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain process playbooks for onboarding and daily operations.

Requirements

  • Participate in regular touchpoint calls with supervisors to review performance and resolve challenges.
  • Support training initiatives for new hires and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
