  • Handle procurement, travel arrangements, and other operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, training sessions, and team activities.
  • Provide assistance with special projects and initiatives as required by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
