Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving platform adoption and providing strategic guidance to customers, ensuring they achieve their goals and derive value from the Outreach platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with SaaS and business transformation.
  • Knowledge of Sales Engagement and Marketing Automation software.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and active listening skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in managing complex clients.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
